about acid

The Australasian Cooperative Research Centre for Interaction Design operated from 2003 to 2010, finding better ways for people to interact with each other using communication technologies. Our expertise lay in helping people participate in the digital world.

what is interaction design ?

Interaction design is concerned with the architecture of artefacts, with ease of use, and with aesthetic experience; but it is more than industrial design, usability or experience design; interaction design is concerned with understanding and redefining relationships and culture, it utilises insights into why people communicate and use tools in order to improve how they do it.
